About Us

Sustainability

For Fizocare, sustainability means building rehabilitation and aesthetic systems that last, consume fewer resources over their lifetime, and create less waste at end of life. Pragmatic, not performative. No claim to be carbon-neutral—only a commitment to be honest about the footprint and to reduce it, incrementally, every year. Since 2014, sustainability has been approached through a pragmatic lens: durable products, responsible supply chains, efficient service models.

A shockwave handpiece that remains clinically accurate and serviceable for 2 million shocks consumes fewer raw materials and generates less waste than one replaced every 300,000 shocks. A PEMF mat with verified insulation integrity that lasts for years requires fewer replacements. A support brace that maintains its therapeutic properties for 12 months reduces consumable waste. Robust construction, modular component designs, long-term spare parts availability—not a marketing claim, but engineering discipline.

Partnerships—all with organisations operating under ISO 14001—allow influence over material selection, packaging reduction, and hazardous substance management without duplicating industrial infrastructure. Work with partners minimises packaging waste, improves energy efficiency in production, ensures compliance with RoHS and REACH. Operational footprint is reduced through digital documentation, remote troubleshooting, cloud-based service coordination—lowering travel emissions while maintaining responsive support. For consumables such as electrodes and garment liners, packaging is minimised and recyclable materials are prioritised where available. These efforts are incremental, honest, and aligned with the broader purpose: delivering reliable rehabilitation and aesthetic care without unnecessary burden on the planet.

Environmental Impact

Waste tracking and reduction across three areas: product packaging, consumable packaging, service logistics. Expanded polystyrene eliminated from most shipments, replaced with moulded pulp and recycled cardboard. For larger items such as support braces and exercise equipment, load efficiency optimised with logistics partners, returnable crates used. Consumable packaging is minimised and designed to be recyclable where facilities exist. Service logistics prioritise local parts depots to reduce air freight. None of these measures are dramatic—but together, they represent a steady reduction in environmental footprint.

People's Health & Well-being

The rehabilitation and aesthetic systems produced are Fizocare’s primary contribution to public health. But the commitment to health extends to the professionals who use these products daily. Ergonomics are designed in: lightweight shockwave handpieces, comfortable electrode placements, easy-to-don support braces, adjustable exercise equipment, clear safety warnings for electrical risks (electrotherapy, lasers) and biological hazards (compression garments, wound care). For employees: a safe, respectful workplace with regular health and safety training, ergonomic workstations, and access to mental health resources.

People Training & Development

Investment in people is the most direct path to customer trust. Every field service engineer undergoes rigorous product training—hands-on shockwave functionality verification, electrotherapy system calibration, PEMF mat insulation testing, laser optical output verification, support brace fitting and adjustment, thermography camera operation. Clinical application specialists spend time in real physiotherapy clinics, neurological rehabilitation centres, hospitals, aged-care facilities, and aesthetic dermatology practices, not just training rooms, understanding the pressures of a clinical shift. Continuing education on regulatory updates, new treatment protocols, customer communication skills. Professional development is not a perk—it is how competence is maintained in a rapidly changing field.

Equity, Diversity & Inclusion

Fizocare is a growing company with a global outlook. Diversity of background and perspective improves products—because rehabilitation and aesthetic systems must serve all patients, regardless of age, body habitus, ethnicity, or mobility. Recruitment spans a wide range of universities and technical institutes. Candidates are evaluated on competence and character, not on proxies. Inclusion means an environment where every employee—engineering, service, administration—feels heard and respected. Perfection is not claimed, but improvement is a commitment.
